Is the hairstyle try-on really free?
Your first try-on costs nothing and asks for no payment details. Further looks run on credits you buy once — there is no subscription and the credits do not expire.
Do I need an app?
No. Everything runs in the browser, on phone and desktop alike. Nothing to download, and unlike an installed app a web page cannot reach your photo library, contacts or anything else on the device.
What photo works best?
A front-facing shot of your face in even light, with hair back from the face if you can. A second photo at roughly 45 degrees is optional, but it is what makes the difference if you want to judge how a fade or a length actually sits from the side.
How long does it take?
Roughly fifteen to thirty seconds per look. Unlike a real-time filter, the AI does not lay a ready-made hair graphic over your face — it re-renders the image, which costs compute but is why the hairline looks right.
What if the style I want is not in the gallery?
Upload a photo of it. A screenshot from Instagram, a shot from a barbershop or a celebrity picture all work — the AI takes it as the reference and puts that exact cut on you.
Will my hair really look like that after the cut?
It is a realistic preview, not a guarantee. How your hair falls depends on your crown, growth direction and texture. As a reference to hand your stylist, though, the image is far less ambiguous than any description.
